Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is part of the Development & Marketing team and will collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations of The Food Group, specifically providing administrative and office support. This position reports to the Director of Development & Marketing and serves as main receptionist to greet visitors at the front desk, handles all incoming calls, and coordinates organizational administrative responsibilities. This position will work across departments to provide excellent office support and customer service and has no direct reports. Click here to learn more and apply.

Development Associate

The Development Associate is part of the Development & Marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Development & Marketing and is responsible for donation processing and entry, donor acknowledgements, data tracking, and supporting the Development & Marketing team projects. Retail Program Manager

This position is responsible for the overall success of the Retail team, which includes overseeing both the Fare For All and Twin Cities Mobile Market programs. This person will lead a staff team by providing strategic direction, ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop employees, and ensure that equity is embedded in program and service delivery. They will also work closely with the Director of Programs on program evaluation, grant monitoring, and equity work both internally and externally. Click here to learn more and apply.

Warehouse Technician

This position will work under supervision of the Warehouse Manager to ensure day to day warehouse operations and responsibilities are carried out and fulfilled. They will be responsible for order selection, inventory movement and tracking, warehouse organization, operational support of volunteer groups and all shipping/receiving activities. This role will also be accountable for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. This position’s shift will operate between the hours of 7am and 4pm Monday through Friday, dependent on the day’s activities, with some flexibility. Volunteer Receptionist (unpaid position)

The Volunteer Receptionist will perform a variety of tasks depending on project deadlines in The Food Group office. This will include answering the phone and door and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager. This position helps to extend the resources in The Food Group to better assist the needs of our clients. Click here to learn more and apply.
