This position is responsible for the overall success of The Food Group’s retail grocery programs, including Fare for All. This position supervises all employees associated with The Food Group’s affordable grocery programs, providing ongoing coaching and professional development to program staff. This position will lead ongoing program evaluation efforts, developing financial analysis tools to ensure program operations and expansion are done to maximize program impact and sustainability. This position will drive the Twin Cities Mobile Market buses on their routes and support retail services and operations on the bus. This includes greeting and assisting customers, cashiering, generating sales, monitoring inventory, general housekeeping, providing volunteer program support, as well as assisting with loading and unloading the bus and providing back up support to other warehouse functions as required.
