The Director of Programs is accountable for the development, implementation, oversight and evaluation of all programs at The Food Group. This person will lead employees in the Programs department and will provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop employees and to ensure excellence in service delivery. They will help lead The Food Group’s equity work, both internally and externally. The Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for directing and enhancing the organization’s internal processes and critical infrastructure to support the mission. Specifically, the Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for all accounting, financial management, human resources, and operations of the agency. The Director of Finance and Operations sits on the Leadership Team and works closely with other team members, requiring cross-departmental collaboration on key agency processes and initiatives. The Volunteer Receptionist will perform a variety of tasks depending on project deadlines in The Food Group office. This will include answering the phone and door and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
