The Twin Cities Mobile Market (TCMM) Program Associate will assist with the efficient and smooth operations of the Twin Cities Mobile Market program.  This includes staffing the TCMM sales in the community, handling money, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with record keeping.  The TCMM Program Associate is essential in building relationships with community members, eager to spread the word about our programs, and sharing community feedback with teammates.

This role focuses on program outreach, communications, and coordination across multiple farm programs and partners, including first-year students, incubator farmers, solar farmers, and the Emerging Farmers Conference. The Farm Programs Specialist recruits and supports participants, manages program data and metrics, and conducts check-ins with first-year participants and their host farmers during apprenticeships.

This role delivers production, operations, and market education for small-scale vegetable farms through classroom sessions, one-on-one assistance, and hands-on training. The position also provides direct support for farm operations by assisting with tractor work, packshed management, and greenhouse management.  The primary focus of this role is implementing the first year training program and conducting regular check-ins with incubator farm teams.
