TCMM Program Associate

The Twin Cities Mobile Market (TCMM) Program Associate will assist with the efficient and smooth operations of the Twin Cities Mobile Market program. This includes staffing the Twin Cities Mobile Market sales in the community, handling money, providing excellent customer service, assisting with record keeping. This position will also assist as a backup for the Fare For All team. The TCMM Program Associate is essential in building relationships with community members, eager to spread the word about our programs, and sharing community feedback with teammates. This position will require lifting up to 40 pounds on a daily basis, twisting, standing, and bending while loading, unloading the bus, assisting shoppers, and personal shopping.

Agency Program Driver

Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the Agency Program Driver is responsible for supporting the Agency program by delivering food in an accurate and timely manner and providing exceptional customer service to food shelves and meal programs within The Food Group’s network. The Program Driver will routinely pick up food donations from local businesses and food drive coordinators. This position will be based at our New Hope location and will drive routes throughout the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Anti-Hunger Program Specialist

The Anti-Hunger Program Specialist will serve as the primary contact for Partners (e.g., food shelf, meal program, and community food distribution partners). This position will help coordinate and support the programming to ensure that all TEFAP-eligible (The Emergency Food Assistance Program, a federal program of the USDA) comply with federal regulations and provide client-centered, culturally appropriate, and dignified services for people to access food.
