The Food Group’s Strategic Goals 2024-2027
Through a community informed strategic planning process The Food Group identified three strategic goals to guide our work. Our focus through the process was to center our programming in community voice. To do this, we engaged intentionally with program participants, farmers, and partners through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to imagine a more just and equitable food system.

GOAL 1:
The Food Group actively engages in policy & advocacy to influence food systems change.

GOAL 2:
The Food Group deepens & diversifies our partnerships to collectively advance food justice.

GOAL 3:
Community voice and user input inform all levels of The Food Group.
