Farmers KaZoua and Michael are growing organic fruits and vegetables through regenerative and sustainable farming practices. This means taking care of the land by minimizing tilling and soil disturbances, cover cropping and crop rotation, managing pests and nutrients without applying chemicals, and allowing parts of the land to rest for one whole year. They believe that we all can help reduce the negative effects of climate change by how we farm and where we buy our food. As KaZoua and Michael move into their third year of farming, they are eager to provide food to their communities directly.
