Farmer Tiffany is in her second year of Big River Farms’ education program. She is managing a demonstration plot at the farm this year in collaboration with farm staff and a hired apprentice. This educational plot will act as a hands-on tool for other BRF farmers to learn about different sustainable growing techniques and methods, such as silvopasture, intercropping, companion planting, cover cropping, composting, and building soil health.
